I have been here several times and have never been disappointed! The service is prompt and I haven't had to wait for a table before. Once seated, you push a button on the table when you are ready to order. The food is delicious! I have tried several menu items but my favorite is the pork belly with kimchi (get it spicy!). The soju slush drinks with popping boba are tasty as well (my favorite flavor is strawberry). They do have loud music playing with music videos on the TV.

K1 The Bloom 11-30-24 Had lunch here with family! Nice dining room and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and explained a lot of the menu to us. We ordered lots of food! Appetizers and Main Courses. The service was great! They brought the food out at a steady pace! Very good food! We had: TTeokbokki with Ramyun Noodles, Boiled Egg and Mozzarella. Soy Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Soy Pork Belly Rice Bowl. Had a great taste but Pork Belly was a little tough for me. Bone in Wings with Snow Cheese. (Oh my Gosh! Got to try the Snow Cheese!) never has anything like it! Sweet tasting!) Boneless Wings with Soy Garlic. Crispy wings with great garlic flavor! Fried Mandi. Flavorful and good. Kimchi Fries with Bulgogi. Good fries not much of a kimchi flavor. More jalapeño flavor. They were ok but not my favorite. Steamed Mandi. Great taste. Potato Corn Dog with Cheese and Sausage. WOW, I'll be going back for more of this! The cheese was soft and not rubbery, the potato outside had a wonderful crunch to it and the stuff they put on it just made it great. We were very pleased with the service and the food. Will definitely go back.

Good food. But if there's more than 4 tables of customers time stands still. Nothing is streamlined including the design of the parking lot and the seating process. Everyone is in everyone else's way. The previous place was 10 times worse and that's why it failed. Some minor adjustments to make it flow better. Food is excellent

My wife and I stopped by here after driving by way too many times. Ambiance is true Korean with BTS and BlackPink playing on the TV and Korean beer ads all over the wall. We said we "weren't hungry" so we just went with simple items - Korean Fried Chicken and Kimchi Fries. Now, there is a chain in Austin that is known for their Kimchi Fries that we frequent often. And these hung in there with the originals we hadn't had a comparison - these would be mind blowing. Still excellent. But the star for us was the Korean Fried Chicken. We got the boneless and I believe it was the "spicy" sweet and spicy sauce. We just weren't expecting how good it was. The food isn't expensive - and it's not cheap. I think it's priced reasonably. Staff was courteous and timely. We want to try the Cheese Buldak and the Gui Gui (pork belly). But we'll probably always get an order of chicken also. For us, it's cool to have a place like this in Belton, where it's mostly mexican food and burgers.

We ordered soy garlic wings, regular bbq wings and fries. The wings were delicious, not greasy, tender and great seasoning. The fries were good but nothing special. The service was great and we will definitely be back. And in reference to previous review, all I saw on the tv were multiple K-pop videos ‍.

Elevated dining! The food seasoned perfectly! Everything was so fresh. The flavors stood out and were so delicate on the palate. We tried the fried dumplings, the chicken skewers, and bulgogi. Every dish was such a delight! The star of the meal was a strawberry slush with popping boba! This was not merely a meal but an experience! It's a must try!

Fantastic service and very clean! Lunch portions were incredible, the bulgogi and rice bowl was fantastic. It's Korean so I asked for kimchi. The flavor was brilliant! I'm not worried about their location with this professionalism. You have a faithful customer.
